The very important issue of the way to the Muslims' salvation; should be considered from three different dimensions:
How Muslims can be freed?
What should be done within the Islamic countries to achieve the above target?
Is there any action necessary to be made outside the Islamic countries?
It is not possible to save Muslims from their difficulties and problems, unless four conditions are fulfilled, as follows:
First condition: Unity and intimacy of the Muslims, as described by the almighty God: And surely this your people is one people And this united Muslim nation will be possible only when geographical boarders between Islamic countries are removed and they become one country, even though they may have different rulers.
And this is like one country that regardless of having several state governors, there is no boarder or boundaries between themand this case has already happened many times during the history. As the India Conference did it half a century ago, when in spite of different religions and faiths and existence of different nations and languages and in spite of incompatibility in resources and life styles, they abolished all the geographical boundaries in between and merged together to form the country of India in such a way that even now India, in spite of all those conflicts, is one country…
In the present time, some western countries also decided to have similar arrangements to merge between some European countries and establishing the European Union and in few years they will merge in all aspects of politics, economy, defence, etc., and then they will become one country. And there are other examples…
And Islam also started in the same way, when she converted all the countries under her ruling as one united state.
The geographical boarders and boundaries existed today between the Islamic countries, are gifts from the West to separate the Islamic states and make them fight with each other so they – West – can put their nasty plans in action.
Second condition: Returning of The Islamic brotherhood as The Almighty says: all those who believed in (The God and His Messenger) are brothers. And no Muslim has the right to call his Muslim brother as a foreigner, even if he is from a different country or speaks a different language.
Therefore all Muslims are equal in the view of the Islamic law and enjoy the same rights in all grounds such as: trade, industry, use of the natural resources, travelling, residing, building, selling and buying and marriage etc. as it had been the case since the beginning of Islam till about half a century ago.
Third condition: Giving the Islamic freedom to the general public, as Islam has the highest level and the most developed form of freedom. And the Islamic freedom is much more developed than the kind of freedom that the west is claiming to have, and I have discussed this further in some other books. As the almighty God is saying about this issue: the prophet removes the chains and the locks that was created as a result of unjust and wrong laws, from people, and gives them freedom. With the exception of the obligatory and forbidden acts, which are limited to a few items and are fixed only to preserve the values of humanity, every Muslim person is free to take or leave virtually any kind of activity, such as: freedom of farming, trade and industrial activities, cultural activities, using the natural resources, travelling, residing, building, speaking out the personal views and several other issues, without having to hand in any form of identification or being trapped by unnecessary regulations, so called bureaucracy, or having to obtain any particular permit as it is the case for all the political parties and social groups as they are entitled to the full Islamic freedom.
Yes, Islam guaranties all forms of freedom, including: political freedom, economical freedom, religious freedom, ideological freedom, social freedom, cultural freedom, etc.,
Forth
condition: To put Islamic law into force, which guaranties the life of both individuals as well as the society, and the almighty God says: O, you who believe! Answer (the call of) the God and His Apostle when he calls you to that which gives you life; and know that the God intervenes between man and his heart, and that to Him you shall be gathered., as it is in the right of every person in using of the natural resources and equal rights for using the land and etc. for the sake of the rule: The land belongs to the God and to the one who developed it, and also the rule: Any Muslim who anticipates something before another Muslim, so that thing belongs to him. And in the case of on-time marriage for the young girls and young boys, with low dowry, that the almighty God says: And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves; if they are needy, The God will make them free from want out of His grace; and The God is Ample giving, Knowing., and the prophet of Islam (PBUH) also says: The best wives of my people are … those who have the least dowry.
And also freedom of work and earning the power and involving with any form of business, such as: industry, trade, etc.
And like: absence of tax, except for those four cases which are mentioned in the Islamic law: Khoms, Zakaat, Jizyah, and Kheraaj.
And like: The law of the treasury, which meets every needy person's requirement and is there to improve the Muslim society's living standards and to solve their financial problems and consequently to progress Islam.
And like: The Islamic Law and its Juristic System, which considers all cases and complaints with ease and without any complexity or bureaucracy being involved with it, and delivers the justice to the right party.
And like: Consultancy in governmental issues and in any other matters, just as it was the case at the time of The Prophet (PBUH) and The Commander of The Faithful, Ali (PBUH) and they were consulting with their companions. The almighty God says: (O, Prophet) consult with them over the issues.
And I myself was witness for all the above four conditions being fulfilled (although incompletely) in
Iraq
, before The Second World War. I can remember it clearly that, at the time, the Islamic Society was united, the Islamic brotherhood was in force, geographical boarders were not in power, the freedom standards were high, and, more or less, the Islamic law was in force. And should I wish to mention all I have observed in detail, it itself would be a large volume book.
Of course anyone who was in any other Islamic state at the time, has seen the above himself/herself, although incompletely.
But unfortunately today that glory and honour and greatness, which was obtained by fulfilling the Islamic rules and guidance, cannot be observed in many Islamic states.
The way to achieve this aim – The Salvation of The Muslims – and to fulfil the four conditions mentioned above: The United Islamic Society; The Islamic Brotherhood; The Islamic Freedom; and The Islamic Law, within the Islamic states depends on three factors as follows:

Exceptional Morality
Harmony and order in all aspects and the complete sympathy, as it is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an: we grew of every thing (plant) on Earth with harmony.
And The Commander of The Faithful, Ali (PBUH) has also said: I advise you all to be god-fearing and to keep order in all your aspects.
Improving the level of the cultural knowledge of the general public. It is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an: (why don't some groups of people immigrate) to gain understanding and knowledge of the Religion. And the Muslim pioneers understood the true meaning of the life and the everlasting happiness, as it was the almighty God's will. And therefore, they achieved those outstanding progresses.
Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: wish there was a whip over my companions so they would earn knowledge and understand.
Of course it is clear that Imam's intention is to mention the importance of the knowledge and not to promote using force, because there is freedom in Islam and no one has any right to force others to do something as it was mentioned before, and giving information to the general public and improving the cultural level is not possible unless by improving the media such as: radio, television, audio and video tapes, books, papers and periodical magazines, etc., that contain explanatory materials of the right culture and the joyful life.
And it should not be hidden that the intention of understanding the life is that the Muslims should know where the problem is? And what is the solution? And then try to solve the problems.
Those who are trying for awakening and salvation of the Muslims, should be endowed with good morality, from; modesty, humility, simplicity, stability, resistance, unity and equality, in their appearance and in their privacy, to; not being proud of themselves, and not having an aggressive approach, making peace between people, having good socializing and co-operating skills, sharing ideas, consultative, cleanness, etc. Although having a good behaviour in every case and by everyone should be taken seriously in a general and comprehensive way. But this is more important in case of those who are activists for the society's improvement, as people tend to come around a well-behaved person and being endowed with the good morality is one of most important factors for attracting other people.
The almighty God, in praise of his great Prophet (PBUH), says: and (O, Mohammad) indeed you are holding the greatest behaviour. Therefore we see that the Prophet of Islam, with his great behaviour and logic, had developed Islam, and not by using force and sword (as all the Prophet's wars were defensive).
The west, since the war of the crusades, has a severe hostility towards Islam and Muslims. And there is no doubt that from this hostility reasons arise for them to always plan against the Muslims, and to try preventing Muslims from being awake, cautious and developed. (Even if supposing that some of them are not practically trying to destroy the Muslims) Of course the west's hostilities, normally, are as a result of the ignorance, because obstinate and pertinacious persons are always few, and majority of people are kept away from the truths. If Islam were explained for the western people correctly, undoubtedly many of them would convert to the religion of Islam.
Therefore, for Muslims' Salvation, it is necessary to carry out three issues in non-Islamic states, as follows:
Islamic organisations should be established within the western countries, or those, which have sympathy with the west, both within the
Europe
, or any other place in the world. And the duty of these organisations would be to resist the hostilities that are influenced by Zionist, Mafia and Freemason's instigations. Also to resist the small organisations which are planning against Muslims like Qadiyanies and Baha'ies and some fanatical Christians.
Hence, it is necessary for the Muslims that they should use the existing freedoms within the western countries and establish different organisations across the world, just as the westerners did. They took advantage of the freedoms within the Islamic states during the medieval ages and succeeded to achieve excellent progresses.
To propagate the prosperous culture of Islam widely in those countries, so that all the open-minded people would notice that Islam is not what they thought it to be. But, contrary to their thoughts, it is a very beautiful and logical religion. And this propagation requires thousands of books, magazines, newspapers, radio and Television broadcasts, … etc.
Then now that they have directed a huge cultural flood against Islam on the other side of the world, nothing but a cultural flood in defence of Islam with logical answers to their groundless accusations can oppose them, which, of course, this action should take place in appropriate quantity and in the various languages.
And this would not only remove the hostilities and guarantee protection for the Muslims, but would also cause closeness of westerners towards Islam, as the nature of an open-minded, non-obstinate and non-pertinacious person is that as soon as he/she saw the truth, he/she would accept it and then follow it.
To prepare small regional as well as large world conferences to split the responsibilities and the jobs, and closeness between the ideas, and the necessary progress for gaining even more from Islamic organisations and activities, and benefiting more and more from hidden potential abilities within the Muslims.
It should not be imagined that these three issues are something difficult and impossible, because with the help of the Almighty God and the masses of pious men within the Muslims and the nature of rapid movement towards what the Almighty God has ruled in the world “divine tradition” and being all Islamic laws from an innate characteristic, it is definite that, by the will of the Almighty God, these issues would take place, just as we have already observed changes of the peoples several times.
